That’s a lot of tutorials thank you, makes a noob like me’s life easier.

Hi modelers!
I am hoping to learn hard surface modeling using 3DS Max for my next map in UDK. I find that I learn best from video tutorials based on my experience with Maya. Can any one suggest a solid Max 101 guide and/or hard surface pipeline that includes skinning but does not require sculpting apps on the side?
I prefer to use Eat3d, Digital Tutors, or Gnomon but am curious if anyone has a preference amongst those or can recommend something better.
Thanks!

Hi,
Nice list and collection, though few are dead but yet never mind. Here is one series on 3Ds Max Rigging. Hope you like it. It has all the 11 chapters check it out.

Hi. I would like to share with you this tutorial. Here we are using a great collection from Tonka3D that has more than 15 hours of lessons about renders, texture creation, image manipulation and panoramic 360 photos. Take a look in this video about materials, multiple textures and render:
Three tutorials I made in 3ds max with VRay, mostly for beginners.
Simple Interior Lighting and Render Setup:

Modeling E-cigarette:

Simple grass using VRayDisplacementMod:

In this tutorial, we create an Orderly Tangle of four interlocked, equilateral triangles for 3d printing or render element. If you haven’t watched the previous Orderly Tangle tutorial, please go back and view that one first. The symmetrical arrangement of these triangles fit together to create a tight bond between each element, and will 3d print as one fused object.
I’m teaching a 3ds Max modelling 101 course. The university has agreed to let me share my videos of the course material. You can view it for free on my youtube channel.
Its a 1st year course and relatively basic, but soon i’ll be adding some cooler stuff for the advanced students. If there’s anything you’d like to see then feel free to comment. If there’s a big demand I’ll try and keep making videos after the course finishes in May.
There are 70 videos so far. I’m aiming to keep them a digestible 5 to 10 minutes each.

In this tutorial, we use standard polygonal modeling techniques to create a Brunnian style link structure connected by an organic bridge network at the center.
In this tutorial, we obtain a complex non-orientable surface from a simple orientable mesh using the default topological modeling tools in 3dsMax, like Extrude On Spline.
