zhuzhu,

That’s ridiculously cheap in US dollars…it’s too bad you don’t have an American publisher. You certainly have plenty of work and talent to put a great book together!

Cheers,

just as a tribute to a great tutorial (which was very much part of why I felt digital painting was worth trying) and to one of my favourite artists around here (and to bump a great thread…)

my attempt at following zhuzhu’s watercolor tutorial

(Please mind that I did this in artweaver as I do not own PS, making use of a custom set of brushes I created for watercolor)

Hi zhuzhu,
WOW !!! Your work is amazing!
Your watercolor paintings made me an instant fan of your work. i loooove watrcolors in general, and have some very nice pieces in my living room. I was pretty shocked when I found out your pieces are digital…wow, you could have fooled me :))

Your work stands out from the most, besides your technique, I love the motives, very down to earth, everyday life motives, very nice portraits (lady with the flowery hat), figures…very emotional, beautiful!

Thanks for the tutorial, this is great! I love the look of those brushes, however, my computer can’t use .RAR files for some reason, could you send me the .ABR file instead? My email is thecoloreddragon@comcast.net
