Transformers Interstitial - Student Assignment

I wont go into all of the boring details but basically we have to animate a 10 second interstitial for a childrens toy - turned - cartoon. I was stupid and chose bumblebee from transformers :/, but its working out so far.

Just thought Id post up the work as I get it done. Here’s a quick video showing the majority of what Ive got so far;

Still pretty rough but yeah. My goal was to have bumblebee do a fully functional transformation instead of just cheating it with different shots, which led to a pretty mind numbing rigging process but in the end it worked out.
