Tracking the air or sky

Hi.everyone.

Question is: how to make a 3d track in a footage that show the sky?
Example i want to put an ufo in the sky … is that possible? How can i track the sky if theres no reference point? And if when im doing this shot i always show the ground? . But what if the ground is irregular ?? Thanks
