I am studying Combustion at the moment.
I was trying to track my movie and a (Stylize) Lens Flare effect. When I finish the tracking,the (Stylize) Lens Flare was in the same place and the (track) position was in another place. I dont know why the Lens Flare didnt follow the track.

You have to set a value for the flare center or axis before it can be tracked. Just click the ‘+’ button by the ‘flare center’ or ‘axis’ for the lens flare controls, and it should start tracking alright. (The tracker should read “Track 2 Effect Points”).
