good concept, perspective is off in your bridge , which I know is impossible to change but you can change your horizon line then , a tornado in that scale and distance could have way less contrast as well as the city buildings they are so detailed, you can lose some contrast/detail on them , you have a big storm just above the city and I don’t see its shadow
