Timings of a day.

Hello i’m trying to simulate different timings of a day (6am, 7.30am, 12pm, 4pm, 7pm, 9pm) So i want to know wat all things i should keep in mind… I searched for references but couldn’t find any… It would be great if anybody can suggest me any tutorials or links or anything that might be useful… Pls help me out with this…
