I’m trying to use the time editor to load some animation data onto a character. This character has a rig that is referenced into the scene. The animation data does not have a namespace, so when I manually add a clip to the time editor I am asked to “rename namespace” in a popup menu.
As I’m doing a lot of this, I was hoping to avoid having to click on that menu for every animation I load, so I went looking for a ‘rename namespace’ argument and I couldn’t find one.
There are ‘remap’ options, but they’re very poorly documented and also appear to require you to remap every channel individually.
Anyone have any examples of how to do this?
