I am new to AE and just starting to play around with it. So when I create a shape, instead of there being a solid fill and stroke, both are pixelated. It wasn’t doing this yesterday, so apparently I inadvertently made a change at some point. I have spent the last two hours fiddling with the settings and browsing online trying to figure what I’ve done. While I’ve learned a lot about other things, I am still having the same issue. Anyone?

It’s probably your view resolution set to half or less, which helps speed up your preview if you have a complicated composition. It’s located at the bottom of your Composition Viewer

Alternatively, it might be your Fast Preview settings if it only happens when your scrub through your footage
