Andrew,
Very cool tutorials… thanks for these!!
Suggestion…
Particle Motion Math:) this is something I have been struggling to learn since box#3. Bools, sin, cos, stuff would be awesome. Just like some practical examples nothing nuclear.
I can do some basic stuff. This is a good suggestion. :applause: Ill see if I can apply it to a practical example…
Yea I think Ill try that, cause people have been complaining about bandwidth issues, thanks dude.
dude. Ur videos are bit too advanced. Its difficult for us new learners to understand it. TP is in reality a very tough thing to learn.
Hey man, Im trying to get a good range of videos on my site. I do have Intro videos on their… did you find those? If you have suggestions on something you would like to see let me know man…
Thanks
Check here too, TP ships with a good range of Tuts. (cebas forum)

Advanced or not, they are still very welcome. The Cebas website does have a number of introductory video, so he’s mainly just picking up where they left off.
Hey Andrew I have unlimited bandwith and a pretty stable IP, if you want I can host some of the videos for you.
I’m still trying to get around to learn TP, been kinda experimenting withObj to Particle, Instance Collision, Fragmenting and so on. But I’m finding it hard to get anything realistic, mainly when it comes to work out the fragments/instances Mass, cant get different sizes to travel at different speeds.
Would b nice to see a basic setuf of a bunch of different size chunks to blow up and fall down in a realistic way.
Cheers
Hi Andrew. Thanks bro awesome tuts.I was not knowing good enough using Tp but now i can kick its ass.
grury - good suggestions, feel free to mirror any of these videos dude,
great things to add to my list gonna definatley do a quick one tomorrow
Dracanus - Thanks dude, glad you like them, this is how I learned. Guys like Allan Mckay through up videos on how to do this shit. So this is kinda how I’m giving back into the cycle and the community and shit.
Thanks guys
Yea Adding tutorials is something that I would like to continue to do…Its always good to have feedback and suggestions. For example someone was wondering how to melt stuff. So cool stuff like that that I wouldn’t necessarily think about. I never want to run out of stuff to teach
Hey guys, the site has been updated with a melting object tutotrial and a drip map tutorial
Guruy- I will get to the fragmentation shape collision tutorials next, I recommend you check out rifs video first, im sure uve seen it here on the forums.
JRandom-- I have a bunch of particle motion math ones coming, really important thing to know.
yeh dude these are all great. Ive downloaded and watched them all (im a groupie now yes?), really helpful. Strongly agree with giving back to the community and the cycle and stuff, i’ve been planning to do some fore a while but never had the time.
Looking forward to more! keep it up man.
Hey man, I hope you are enjoying them,
I’m trying to put together a list of shit I wanna make, I want to people add to it and what not…
Cell Regrowth
Fragment a animatable object into small pieces. Attach it to the parrent. Grow the fragments back up by scalar gradients, and move them along the normal by transfering surface particle attributes. Growth Set UP
Lightning Branching with painted goals
Make a lightning system by expanding tesla tutorials. User should be able to paint where the particles are going from and to. and control branching along the main Electric Arc
Rotateing Particles around an arbitray point
Apply the algebraic equation in 2 axis then try to apply it in a 3ird.
Uhg! Spin particles around a point. Usefull for siming out a 2d slice of a nuke and then spinning it around. Handy if you want to spin a vector around.
Vector Refelection/Deflecton
Apply the algebraic rotations for speedier collisions
Gutz
Learn to mix different solvers in Realflow. Have softbodys, liquids and elastics all interacting for a realistic result.

Fragment/Particle Deforms
When metal rips apart. Have the fragments deform as they fly through the air.
Particle Motion Math
Building Demolition
Mix CLoth and particle emission
Missle Explosion
Blow up a missle and have it interact with the environment. In this case…Water…
I seen Rif’s video tutorials posted on Cebas forum, if thats the one you refering to. I’m ok with fragmentation and collision stuff, what I was keen to know is how to handle the mass of the fragments/particle shape stuff, to get nice realistic motions and collisions.
Cheers
