the polygons don't follow the rig

Hello everyone!I did my rigging and the skinning was fine, but when I started doing blendshapes for the head, something happened.
When I move a controller the mesh follows without problems but if I put keys and I move in the time line the mesh no longer follows the rig! :confused: Any ideas?

Hi,
Can not say anything more without seeing the file. Check the input order of the mesh .

The inputs order is this, I tried to change the order but the arm does a strange thing!
