The data changed after powering when burning AT24C08C

Hi,
My questions is about the chip–http://www.kynix.com/uploadfiles/pdf/AT24C08C-MAHM-T-ND.pdf .The data changed after powering when burning the data some times.The other AT24C08C didn’t occurred such situations.I don’t understand why? It had perplexed me four days !
