texture stretching

Hi,
i’m using 3ds max for that model i’ve unwraped it using unwrap UVW after smothing my model i could see the texture stretched on the edges … then i try to make the turbosmooth modifer befor unwrap the model i got much much more polygons so i cant unwrap it

attached is the pic of what i’m talking about

thanks for comment but i was wondering if there is any better way to unwrap than uvw unwrap to make the unwraping easer

Inside 3ds Max? No, there’s just UVW Unwrap. There’s external software and maybe relax or pelt mapping works, but you are pretty much stuck with UVW Unwrap.

thank you! i found fold 3d it’s pretty easier than uvwunwrap in 3d max and could unwrap high poly objects
