Why am I getting this? I have good uvs.

I had good uv’s , sculpted it a lot, then when I textured it stretched, so I went back to base mesh, re-did the uvs, and it was better, but I’m still getting some stretching in areas.
I’ll provide what you guys asked for.

you need more edges in the basemesh…
mudbox is smoothing the vert position of your basemesh but not the uvs…
so you have to make a basemesh with less smoothing (vertex moving) going on…
or try uv smoothing in the subD options…
