Who knows it might be cool to have a Maya Team competing against a Max team.!

I strongly suggest teams to be formed since this challenge will spillover into the
FXWARS forum as soon as the modeling is done.

Great idea! I most likely wont have time to do a full character, but would love to contribute props and such. So let me know! :slight_smile:

TEXTURING-I can help, but do not want to focus on this.
LIGHTING-no
RENDERING-it depends what is meant by rendering. If it means simply loading the scene and getting the cpu and gpu to crunch numbers, then sure. I will have my I7 920 Rig within the next week or so, so I could save people a lot of time with this. Modo specific files, though, seeing as it is not easy to convert nodebased shader setups to the Modo render tree style.

some notes: Felix, I’m unsure as to exactly what I will want to do until the challenge is completely fleshed out and posted, but I’d truly enjoy incorporating your props.
