hmm lemme start
We are still developing the look and feel of Talaus. So we need more conceptual artists. We have 2 main artists 1 that isn’t on much anymore and i think has moved on. The other which has been around for a while and whose art you will see and enjoy the most, is kinda slacking also. We need serious people to join a serious team.
We are using NeL engine… based on The Saga of Ryzom, from Nevrax.
Its a MMO based engine with a typical server/client networking system. I has some cool features which we are trying to take advantage of.
We have our Lead programmer/designer who is writing our NeL code, server code, and NeL plugins for XSI
another programmer working on NeL code and internal game tools 
and another that works on NeL and is working to get the NeL plugins for MAX up to par. (Nevrax is still using MAX R3, and is updating to 7 soon, so we may just wait for those)
We have 5 regular Modelers, and only a few can Texture well. but all have potential to texture. Which is another reason for this team. we are ALL learning, ALL the time
other positions are ALWAYS open. which includes - Programmers/Coders, we can ALWAYS use more CODERS! but it is neccessary that you are self sufficient, have C++ knowledge, and depending on your ability put in a regular amount of hours. (if your good and dont wanna take on too much thats cool) MAX SDK, or XSI SDK knowledge is a plus.

Modelers, experience in any app will suffice, BUT have an open mind to using XSI. Low poly, clean meshes, UV mapping experience, and speed are what i am looking for

Texture Artists, obvious PS experience, and PLEASE 3D experience, you need to understand basic modeling, mapping, and texturing in any app. I will not take anyone that doesn’t understand, or isnt willing to learn how to use 3D

Animators, we are NOT in need of animators at this very moment, being straight up with everyone. our max plugins dont work well, and our XSI plugins are about 60-70% done. we have mesh, skeletal, and weighting data export, but we aren’t finished exporting animations yet. so no need for animators only. other disciplines looking to animate also will be welcome to animate when the time comes for that. Which reminds me of rigging. I will be developing a character construction guide that will allow whoever to build a NeL compatible rig everytime. basic biped and quadruped. other types will be hand made or based onthe guides.

WEB DEVELOPERS, just remembered. we need someone with web desiging and administrating abilities. all the standard experience. we have msg boards so PHP. MySQL yadda yadda (i am not a web guy so excuse me) we will eventually need an artsy site, but at the time being we need someone to manage what we have already so the load can be taken of our lead.
We have sound guys, and aren’t really in need of any sound people. actually have plenty of music at the moment.
