Hi! I’m modeling some assets that I intend to sell online, and that brought me this doubt. I know it’s probably a dumb question but, should I / must I sustain the edges of my low-poly mesh? And, since I’m asking that, the low-poly should hold the silhouette damn well, without any squary shapes whatsoever, or this is only a goal 4 the high-poly mesh?
Thx in advance!

I can only think of two ways that won’t be DCC package specific. Beveling all the edges/creases that have to be sharp or baking the hard edges into a normal or displacement map.
