Hi;
I had a new Quadro K4000 graphics card.
I commonly use “3ds max” program.But i fell suspicious about its performance, especially in viewport and Vray RT.
How can i be sure of that works healty or not? How can i test it?

Run some benchmarks on it, to get a rough idea if it is working you can run this:
www.cinebench.com
then check it against the scores here
www.cbscores.com
Probably. Keep in mind that the k4000 is a kepler card and is a few years old now, plus it was at the lower end even when it was new, I doubt gpu rendering will be worth it.
The most important thing was its viewport performance for me. I desired to work in high-polygoned scenes and vray rt for texturing comfortly, but i understand now, i did a terrible mistake…
As you said above, i installed Cinebench R15 and run it. The results:
OpenGL: 79.01fps
CPU: 631cb
My configuration: amd 8350 4.02ghz, 16gb ram, quadro k4000, 64bit win7
Sounds about right for that combination of CPU and GPU, it’s just over all a pretty mediocre system configuration.
That is about where it should be. In the grand scheme of workstations, you have a low-mid range machine, I would expect to pay around $1000 for such a machine today.
Now i am sure about my quadro works well… If it was not, there shold appear an error while doing benchmark…i guess…
Thanks for your intererest, gentlemen…
