Summer Programs In NYC or within an hour

I am looking for somewhere where i can take some courses on 3d animation, modelling, or anything around that area.

I am looking for some course in NYC that is like a workshop and takes up a few weeks.

I found the NY Film School but it was $4000 for a 3 week program.
