Guys can you suggest me some good head and body modeling tutorials which includes and tells proper topology. There are lots of tutorials i found but they are all crap with crap topology and techniques. Software doesnt matter. Thank you all.

You can check out the book “Stop Staring: Facial Modeling and Animation Done Right” It’s the most complete source on information about this topic I found, so far.
