Substance ao artefacts? not sure if its the ao


I want this mesh to have a good resolution so I’m using two UV sets. The mesh is triangulated and in the export settings I have the smoothing groups checked. Not sure how the texture sets work but when I bake my A0, Curvature, Position and Thickness this happens. Weird stuff, so it would be really appreciated if you could help me with some advice.
