Stretched polygons

Hello everyone!

I’ve been doing a tutorial and came up with a problem which doesn’t seem to apper in the video (it has no comments though).

Screen attached. Basically, I moved shoulders out of the neck and polygons started stretching. I can’t continue sculpting since the mesh is distorted. Any recommendations?

The guy who made the video has his geometry smooth after he does shoulders and keeps scultping as usual. I can paste a link to the video if needed.

More than likely he’s using Dynamesh. So when he stretches the topology the Dynamesh dynamically remeshes to automatically redistribute even polygons.

Thank you for the answer, but I’ve came up with it the day I posted this topic (about 5-6 days ago).
