Strange Behavior - Decoding…
From the whole of ideas these points become the one of focus:
un·usu·al
Pronunciation: -'yü-zh&-w&l, -zh&l; -'yüzh-w&l
Function: adjective
: not usual : UNCOMMON, RARE
be·hav·ior
Pronunciation: bi-'hA-vy&r, bE-
Function: noun
:anything that an organism does involving action and response to stimulation
:the response of an individual, group, or species to its environment
:the way in which something functions or operates
re·la·tion·ship
Function: noun
: the state of being related or interrelated
: the relation connecting or binding participants in a relationship:
strange
Function: adjective
: not native to or naturally belonging in a place : of external origin, kind, or character
: exciting wonder or awe
: EXTRAORDINARY
My concept will involve the melding of these part of the main themes of the challenge.
The state of being of two systems
in a strange relationship. The action of
response and stimulation of one system
set from another system set environment
based interruption. A new state of
function seeks to change the binding
relationship of both systems. No longer
native to previous state of balance, the
strange action seeks a new relation of
unbalance.
More detail for this large scale interchange.
I have the image in mind, this was done to get it in a sketch form as I work now on the 3D elements.
Started working the ground base for the piece. The 3D work is all based upon the earlier sketch. From the sketch a first 3D visualization of that sketch then detail work to carve this into a more realistic landscape. The color landmass and water are the actual model after detailing. This is a quick visualization to give an indication of the base of thes two 'systems' and the possible connection between water and land for the setup. I have some more areas to block out with this landmass before I leave this stage.
Thanks for the comments ObiGert and Nigio. I have to keep up the pace.
Final large development of the landmass is complete. Next is the selection of camera view for the which the “strange” actions take place.
The scene is setting up for these two system sets. The landscape now shows these two areas that are in juxtaposition.
The final camera view must bring into view this stage setting.
Camera POV 6.
There have been some updates to the landscape model.
Overall I like Camera POV 3. I am willing to consider other viewpoints.
