Lol, I think you captured the idea very well! I didn’t really know it wasn’t that little boy’s teddy at first, we need more clues…I thought the other one was just acting up at first!
Maybe have the bear wear the same t shirt as his owner?

I think Theresa has a point…

LOL, maybe replace the boy by the little Teddy’s big, huge Momma.
Something like, girl is pulling out lil Teddy’s eye and Momma jumps in to inflict some pain, heheh…

Here’s a new sketch/concept.

Every kid has his superhero right? While holding his favorite comicbook, he stands on the roofedge/top of the building they live in and watches the streets, looking for some crime.

Also been thinking of making him jump, with his mother (just a second to late) in the background screaming and reaching out for him… More to come!
