How do I prevent the level 0 mesh from being deformed, though? My mesh is rigged already and I need the lowest level to remain exactly the same after sculpting.

How do I prevent the level 0 mesh from being deformed, though? My mesh is rigged already and I need the lowest level to remain exactly the same after sculpting.
Create a backup of the original low poly mesh and once sculpting is done, use this original mesh to bake in the details.
