Anders : long time no see. How are you ? I found the new website of digital banana, it seems you have great projects, that’s cool. It’s a pity you won’t join the challenge, with your participation, I would have someone to blame because of his unfinished work :rolleyes:. Even I hope i will not be the one with unfisnished work

yea it’s going good for DBS lately, a lot to do. we hope next year will become even better after we release a few secret projects :slight_smile:

Hello everybody. Well I’m still thinking about my conept (and also finishing a image I’ve started before the challenge). I had many ideas : Jekyll and Hyde, Holmes and moriarty, Santa claus, the three litlle pigs, giants or cyclops. But I don’t decide me.

Well, not the greatest sketch I’ve done. That’s just to illustrate my idea. the myth is blackbeard (and pirates in general). The fact is that the scene will not take place on the sea but in the city (london like XIXe) and the boat of blackbeard will be more mechanical (to fit the steampunk style) and destroy raod with its enormous wheels helped with some steam.

Hope the final picture will have something to do with this description…

I don’t know what I’m doing. It’s a very instintive modeling and concept, not sure it will be a success.

I wasn’t really happy of my first concept so I decided to go back to my first intention : jekyll and hide

Here’s a quick sketch of mr hide. Hope you’ll understand something. He surely would be dark in the scene with the light behind him.

First ttempt of head of Mr hide. Everything done in zbrush, it was easier. I have start the body in xsi.

I’m also thnking about my composition, my last idea was to take place near the tamise.
