So here we go.
My idea for the Artwork is to ilustrate some epic battle inspired by an old painters paintings. Have no final conception yet, just designing machines/characters right now so later I will try to compose them all. I know that I will need a lot of guys of this kind…
First one is a very offensive Scorpion like statue machine with a flag-totem to lead the battle units and magnify morales.
Second, is some kind of Fly (probably only one flying char I want for the final image).
Im not gonna waste much time for Characters concepts and details, coz unfortunately only 9 days left:)

Wow… the Fly and Scorpion sketches are awesome. Corporating those two on your first thumbnail would be cool.

Thanks for comment Cabertevon. I am planning to put a lot of guys like this on the final image, hope it will work. Another thumb of a shot.

…and another sketch. Probably last one. I am quite happy with composition, so now I will take this messy thumbnail and blow it up for linedrawing.

Hmm…and another attempt of figuring out how to set color/mood:)
This one is more dramatic, so I will rather stick to this conception.
