hey folks, thanks for nice invitation. Hope to see you on board as well!
I am still searching some resources, this topic is pretty wide open. Trying to stay away from well known Greek mythology and focus more on Slavic mythology and Slovak legends.

As my research about Bathory keep progressing I found the mistake I did in my first wip post. Misinformed, I took wrong portrait to present the legend. However, the portrait by Agnolo Bronzino is much closer to the most recent movie interpretation with Anna Friel directed by Juraj Jakubisko. I should open my History Of Art book more often :slight_smile:

@fgdf - yeah, you get the idea correctly but there is a little extra part missing. Anyway, happy to see you entering again.
