Latest Update: Final Image: The Devils Cauldron of the Hoodoo Sea

Well this looks to be a great challenge… I am still fighting to finalize a concept but have begun ‘building’ elements that could be part of the final image. At the moment I am considering the Bermuda Triangle - that could change… haha, good luck to everyone.
Cheers,

Hey thanks! I have been struggling with camera views and lighting as of late. Here is another couple of views… Stupid question: how do I add more images?? Do I go through the challenge to reply? Will all my additional images be automatically attached to this thread? Sorry a bit new to this… I will go check the questions area. Thanks again for the interest.
Cheers,
D
Not sure if I am going to stay with this myth. I have about a dozen camera angles and the difficulty is finding a dynamic view that best portrays the chaos of the battle and the detail of the creature…
all crits welcome. I am also working on an alternate myth about Father Time that I may explore further.
Cheers,
D
WOW man! you just goes so great so far!
I like the concept and the whole scene,
welldone buddy ![]()
mim,
hi i like it very much looks very promising
u simplify the octopus in very nice way and the composition is sooo nice too
keep going …nice work
Well, I have been playing with an alternate more obscure concept. It has to do with the character Father Time. More specifically, where he/she resides, works, monitors the fourth dimension. To the far right of the image is a large hourglass which would eventually be some sort of thrown apparatus…
Hey great work so far. I might lean a bit towards the ship killing monster just for the action, but father time looks cool too. Both concepts are good, either one could work out well. Cheers.
hey thanks… well I guess its back to sea for me… I will keep spend some more time on the sea scheme and see if I can develop it further and whip it into shape, thanks for the feedback!
cheers,
D
And what about FAther timre on a boat:D:D
THat octopussy rox indeed!
Great work man!Have fun and good luck
The last concept is cool, but a bit too obscure maybe- the guidelines state more of a storytelling aspect- so I suggest going with the first concept instead! You say you want more drama- have the octopus at the water’s surface, nothing more dramatic than huge waves while thrashing around.
