Right, there we go…
Myth or a legend:
The Treasurer (pl. Skarbnik) from West Slavic mythology
Treasurer lived deep underground, usually in mines and was a guardian of precious metals, gems and crystals. These creatures (gnomes, spirits) were watching over upstanding miners by leading them to way out when they were lost or show them a path to the source of an ore.
Nevertheless Treasures could also be lethal to the person that is greedy, evil or tried to abuse them by breaking one of his rules. Skarbnik could push person into a mine gulf or send into a dark tunnels that falter upon him. Some actions for instance throwing rocks, whistling, sleeping underground or using animals mostly horses to work were also offensive for a Treasurer. Surprisingly Skarbnik usually warn abuser before moving into a serious action by throwing hand of soil in his direction.

Just uploaded a draft model of a “Treasurer”. Still need to add quite a lot of details - probably export it from Maya to Zbrush and play about.
Also want to add that models done for this contest would be also used for my Honours project this year - so … fingers crossed guys!
