Sincerly, I like much the idea with City… but not in the same axes than ship…
view of attack is great too…
you could keep these way while changing your framing for something more vertical… with hierarchical plans…
that will give more space depth to your action… and will enriching the scene with much interesting detail… about the story, about the environment, about the action…

do you wee what I mean ?

Great start. I love the Ship, very steampunk! Maybe you could put yellowbeard or some other pirate legend on the ship? Hmmmm. Looks awesome.

I think I will go with SkyCity and I will add a different SkyShip with different style too , so the Port and sky it will be full of different Fishing Boats and Planes …

Lemog : thanks , yes The sky city port must have all kind of machines. I will try to cover all types maybe Big Fishing Boats , Transportation Boat …etc … and am working in texture will update next week
