First of all the nose isn’t very feminine, and its flat. The light isn’t hitting it right. Second the eyes just look wrong. I think they aren’t symetrical. Sink them back into her head more.
If you want to make her look cute, you could have her licking her lips or picking something out of her teeth. Just a couple of ideas.
