Static sound popping in footage beginning

I was having static issues with sound clips edited in AE. Through a search here I learned about audacity and have been using that to do my sound. Then I export a wav file to AE and stick it into the footage.

I had some static caused by having the decibal levels too high in audacity and I lowered them and fixed the problem.

The wavs are fine.

Trouble is I still get some static at the start of my final clip after I export to AE and do a quicktime movie. It isnt there in the RAM preview.

It isnt there in the wav file.

It last 3-4 seconds and stops. And the rest is fine.

What can I do?

Well it isnt so noticeable when I put it into youtube.
If it happens again then I’ll worry about it.
