Spirits of Evil is looking for artists

#1

Team name:
Flare-X

Project name:
Spirits of Evil

Brief description:
SoE is a single player RPG, being developped for the PC. We are mostly aiming at a good story, which is coming along really well. The RPG follows the classic style with a lot of new features for gameplay. The story is set in a whole new world. It’s a story about companionship, loss, power and war, showing the eternal balance between good and evil and the will to protect those you love.

Target aim:
The game will be freeware by default and will only be developed for the PC. We are not aiming at innovative graphics.

Compensation:
Any work is without paying. We are but indie developers. You will of course get a share of any money the game might make (though that is unlikely). I can only offer you a place on the credits list, which, from my point of view, is a pretty good offer.

Technology:
Development is in C++, using OpenGL and OpenAL. The game will be for the PC, and will be in 2D, using rendered 3D images.

Talent needed:
We are looking for more concept artists and one or more environment designers.
If you have any other talents and are willing to join us, we can always use more members.
Oh, and we could also use a webdesigner, preferably someone who knows php well.

Team structure:
Ignifex - Team Leader, programmer, music composer (that’s me)
Dylan, son of Rognaran - Story writer, character designer
Viper - Background story designer, story writer
Android - Graphics and 3D artist
Lion - Gameplay designer
Behemoth - Items designer, story designer
Moryjani - 3D artist
Narutochen - 2D concept and 3D artist
