Hey everyone,
While doing some look development on transparent plastic, I was wondering if there is any way I could add a [B]chromatic dispersion[/B] effect with[B] Arnold aiShader[/B].
Google took me to JFNested Dielectric Shader (created for Arnold by Psyops Head of Lighting Jonah Friedman). That’s cool, however I would love to know before this shader, or rather if this shader did not exist, how would you do it?
Using a color’d RAMP on transmittance color swatch or refraction color swatch seems okay, but the results aren’t really great.
