:bounce: It took me 4 hours, the help of my dad and plenty of frustration to find the answer to this problem!
When you get this problem, go to On Windows this is: Users\Public\Documents\ZBrushData\ZStartup\ConfigFiles
and delete the whole ZbrushData folder!!!
I know this is going to get rid of your interface and most settings but at least you will be able to run the program. :buttrock:
I tried reinstalling my zbrush 7 times! until I noticed that my interface was still there!
So I looked it up where are those files related to the interface and BOOM problem solved!!
I do not know what causes this! But it has to do something with those configuration files! especially at startup!!
If this doesn’t work for some reason, try deleting the pixologic folder also in your PUBLIC folder! I did this before deleting the ZbrushData folder so it maaaay be that way if the first folder doesn’t cut it!
Happy Sculpting! May your art be portfolio worthy!!
