Something similar to Maya's IK splines, in Mobu??

Hello. I’m evaluating motion builder for my studio, and so discovering the soft, using several tutorials. I use as character test, one that wears a dress, withs pans. And I’m looking for a way to animate them simply. In maya i would have used IK splines…

What am I supposed to do in Mobu??
