Hello guys.
Somebody can tell me how to do a fx like this

Not the background, just de points and lines conected at 17 sec. till 21.

Use the tracking controls. They tracked two points separately and used it as a simple position track for two different circles. Then they tracked those same two points to use together as a position/scale track for a line.
