ok so im new here. ive been working with vue 6 xstream in 4 weeks now…but i heard that vue6 xstream sucks… so whats the difference between the infinity, esprit and easel. its vrey important for me to know.
some help??
Easel is a beginners program. Makes nice landscapes.
Esprit is the “core” program. You can add modules to it to increase its capabilities. There are 5 modules available.
Pro Studio is Esprit with all 5 modules. It’s on sale now till April 19th at 50% off.
Infinite is the highest level and has much more to offer than Pro Studio including painting with eco-systems and Python scripting.
xStream is Infinite with a plug-in to work with high-end software like Maya, 3DS, etc.
There is also the PLE version whice is a free version of Infinite/xStream (you decide which version to install). It’s not time limited or crippled software. But - it is tied to your computer only and all files are not readable by the full versions of Vue. Plus, the renders have a watermark on them. It’s perfect to try out the software on your computer to see how you like it.
