At the beginning of my description for my image “Transylvanian Moonlight” I had the following line: “Software Used: Terragen 2, Photoshop.” The reason I didn’t use the Software drop-down dialog box when submitting my image is because it does not include Terragen 2. My image submission was disallowed on the grounds that there were “too many repeating characters in my description”. I edited the description 4 times to try and eradicate any unnecessary repetitions. It was only when I took out that top “Software Used” line that my submission was finally accepted. You (CGS) can easily solve that problem by including Terragen 2 in the Software Used drop-down box. My question is: will you? Or do I have to keep including my own “Software Used:” line in my image description box, at the risk of my submission being disallowed because of “too many repeating characters blah, blah.”

I’ve added Terragen to the list of software. I’m not sure what caused the repeating characters issue. Let me know if you have any further issues.
Also, next time if you post these kinds of questions in the Portfolio Support forum I’ll be more likely to get to them quicker.
