Software That Can Create Curved 3D Extrudes?

I’m wondering if anyone knows any 3D software that can create curved 3D extrudes? My friend uses software called Aspire, which is used for creating CNC layouts, and it has a really useful feature for creating rounded extrudes from vectors as demonstrated below:

Its great for making quick and easy 3D designs! Unfortunately though the 3D export options are not very high quality. So was hoping there was some other 3D software that can do the same? All others Ive tried searching for (Fusion, MOI, C4D) can only do simple extrudes or at best angled tapers, but is still a straight edge.

Never seen a 3D soft that can do that at the click of a button. What you have in the screenshot looks like NURBS.

You might be able to ask Michael of MOI to implement this in the next version.

For Max/Maya/C4D you might be able to get someone to write a custom script that does this with polys.

Some CAD/CAM/CNC Toolpath software somewhere may also have it.

Kind of strange that this has been overlooked in all 3D softs, because with something like this, you could draw a vector outline of certain characters and then sort of inflate a rounded version of the character.
