Softimage on Linux

[/size]If you have problems in Linux, or simply wish to have XSI working properly do the following.

[size=2]Here is a little trick:

[/size][size=2]Download this file ( This is for 64bit ONLY!! ) click here
or
[/size][size=2]Download this file ( This is for 32bit ONLY!! )[/size] click here

[size=2]Unpack it and copy it to

/usr/Softimage/XSI_7.0/Application/bin

didnt have time to look into the libx11 trick yet
so, does it work on debian based distros like ubuntu with it?

I didn’t test on ubuntu , but it will work perfect on fedora 8 - 10
