soft selection/R /scroller

is it possible to change the scroller to work like it did before version 7?

i personally really dislike zooming using the scroller as it is in increments, choppy and cheap.
i would rather adjust the soft selection using the scroller but i cant find a way to bring it back to its previous behaviour.

nevermind found it :slight_smile: preferences, tools, camera, mouse, wheel zoom set to off.
