Just looks like you are running low on faces toward the end of the hooks you have made.
Subdividing on top of what you have already sculpted isn’t an efficient way to get rid of the artifacts.
Try using DynaMesh and clear mask as you go. This ensures the resolution of the surface across the whole mesh remains evenly distributed and the faces won’t become stretched out.
It’s a good idea to start sub-dividing only once the basic forms have been established.
