Hi, i’ve been working on a simulation of a flame thrower. I have a particle system emitting particles in an arc. These are then used to generate the smoke, which will be the flame. I need to use initial velocity to make the flame look like its moving across this arc as apposed to looking like the flame is suspended in mid-air. But initial velocity creates too much turbulence and the flame no longer looks like one continuous arc. Is this how 'initial velocity is sopposed to work or is there a bug.
heres what i mean
with initial velocity

and without initial velocity
