Sliding Keys - fix with Key at time - Question

Hi.

I have a mocap that has some sliding feet problem, i’m fixing it with “Key at Time”, but i have a big gap, between frames 109 and 215, and i want to fill all those frames with the same key

Is there a way to do some kind of “Key at Time” in a long range like that?

Something like “109-215” instead of “109,110,111,112,113,114…”
