hey bugnfilter . . thanx for the comment man, . i dont take it personally. . yea, i am a ‘one sitting guy’ most of the stuff thats up here are my expriments what fascinate me for that moment in time . . and i can hardly get back to them once i close them . . and this is a problem in my painting too . .
yea, the texture need a lot of work . . this was painted in bot 20 mins or less… . i just wanted to see how it would look with SSS . . (hope i am coming off as too defensive)
as for the detailing . . i would really appreciate it if you were more specific . . coz the comment as it is now will hardly help me improve . . :frowning:

hey PG. . thanx man … waiting for somemore demos

more incomplete stuff :stuck_out_tongue: . alchemy and PS

hardly had to do anything with this one

Hi Sanpaiya,

I tried to see if I could make any useful comments on the Z-brush model. I’m very much a beginner so it’s more like an exercise for me than useful to you perhaps…
Since the cheeks are so saggy, the jawline seems too tight for an old man. And the forehead as a whole looks a bit ‘upfront’, if that makes any sense? Also in the textured version you visually lose the sagging/wrinkles in the eye-corners.

Otherwise beautiful stuff in here!!

sanpaiya nice colour study:)
Nice zbrushing on the head and i really like the render . U have good skills just keep zbrushing:cool: i am sure u can make some great models.

hey maladie. . thank you . . i really appreciete the crits. . they were really useful . i tried quite a bit to get the details from the sculpt into the model … somehow they were lost. . i have a pretty high normal map attached . and the mesh also has a good enough rez for the displacement to work . . i guess i’ll have to fake it when i work more on the color map .

thank you karthik . appreciate your comment.

herez from a few days ago .
for my good friend and amazing musician Joey
