hey alenah. . sorry, , i overlooked your post. . your reply was visible only after i posted. .
thanx . . i seem to shift thought processes with mediums !! when i work is traditional i seem to go inwards . , and when i work in digital i tend to go with the ‘rules’ of perspective and anatomy and stuff. . and end with ‘concept art’ style sketches… but i am glad it is ‘me’ . . it’s sub-conscious workin . .

hello eyeryone. .
was away for a while… been workin quite a bit. . no time to scan em . . will b buyin a comp soon … and a net connection :slight_smile: finally, ,
i travelled quite a bit … had a chance to meet an amazing artist ,wilson josef [link]. was at his beautiful village for a day . . roamed the green fields and spoke philosphy in starlight , on a brigde over a stream ! ( was hard hearing over the sound of thousand frogs croakin for a mate)
spent a few days on a fishing village. . on a empty beach at sunset watchin as thousands of seagulls dissapeared halfway into the sunset ! and i mean thousands . .
and had a chance to serve my paiting gods . lived with them for a week in the middle of nowhere . . watch them paint. . and listen to words of wisdom . a national level painters camp along side a national music and dance festival (calssical) . saw the great pt.hariprasad chaurasiya honored like a king. top of a hill. . a procession of drums and pipes. . a sunset in the background. . and he was carried on a palanquin . . with a umbrella bearer .
will be posting some works soon . .

forgot to mention a beautiful boat ride on the river. . we were over at my friend’s riverside plot. . a botman lives opposite. . so went on a ride for a hr… and then sat on the banks painting landscapes. . they came out dreadful . . [link]
