Hey Santhosh,

Looking through your thread, I was arrested by the last image.
Very nice oil portrait. I also love the watercolor version. Expressive and fluid in both cases.
Thanks for visiting my thread. Traditional media is something I love to work with.

Post more.

Hiya,

Nice work, sanpaiya. I like your quick paints a bit more than some of your other pieces. You seem to keep more movement and flow to them. The watercolours are also nice, but I have a soft spot for watercolour :). I also like how you rendered some of the gestures. Some have a really nice flowing nature to them. Keep up the good work!

#77

Awesome work as usual Santhosh
The last one, the man seems a bit too fat?
The nipples aren’t in line with the shoulderline.

Bleh just naggin meh
Love the tree on the box!

thanx vinay. .

hey aethalin . . thank you for the vist and the comment . . i am in love with the traditional mediums these days . . esp acrylic . . they can be used like watercolors. . but is not as unforgiving as them . .

hey johan . . plz nag more often . yes,. . i noticed the chest itself is a little too high and not in line. .but i had to do it there coz i was seeing it there !! if that makes any sense. . and he as become a little fat though . . thank you again. .

some more updates. . been trippin on ‘alchemy’ ! . . doddling in it… and takin it to photoshop . . i could have enver thought in this way . . thats why i am lovin it. . completely different thought process goin on when i work in it. .
