i have been a lurker for quite some time now. . and did not want to post here coz i am a little intimidated my all the awesome work i see here . . but i’ll miss out on all the invaluable critiques if i stay away too long… so finally. . (thanks to Anand’s constant reminders ), i am posting my works here. . but i am not sure if the nature of my works fit here, ,
my works mainly evolve out of mindless doodles. . and remain mindless. .
i’ll start from some earlier works .
inspiered by Rembrandt’s landscapes i saw the previous day . . PS CS2

after trick of light by Stephen Pierce (link) love his work

the hand came out a little stiff . esp the screen right one .

Hey man! Awesome technique! Glad to see the old woman! Just a small suggestion: use construction lines to keep the eyes level and the nose and the mouth in line. (Flip the image and you will see  )
Keep 'em coming buddy! Cant wait to see more!:bounce:

kasana :  will do . . i think i’ll put more recent stuff up now . . the more u critisize the better i become :stuck_out_tongue:

anand : yup … can u believe, when i was a ‘frog in the well’ , i was naive enough to belive that i found out bot it myself  . used to take my paintings in front of the mirror often . beck in the days that i used to paint :stuck_out_tongue: lol .

monicaitt : thank you for dropping by and the nice comments. . glad u like my work . i have been admiring the works of a lot of artists who used to paint with a lot of ease . . the flow . . but precice . sadly none of their canvases are online . Hebbar , J.S.Khanderao , J.M.S Mani . . and little know artists like ganesh K , who i was lucky enough to learn from . . never seen anyone paint in watercolors so spontaenously. . other than Chandranath Acharya . been tryin to emulate their free flowing styles . i’ll try and get some of their works online. . herez one illustarion by chandranath acharya.

Phrenzy84 : thank you for your nice comment. .
